Operated by Factal LLC, a Maryland limited liability company. This website accepts inquiries, not payments. The software remains in beta; its release license and any signed service agreement govern product access.
Practical information about SwiftCite’s current beta and website. Controls and support commitments depend on the agreed deployment.
Local Solo data
Solo libraries, content search and OCR run locally. Local-mode document contents are not uploaded by SwiftCite. Office.js initialization and software installation may require internet access. Keep independent backups of your reports and libraries.
Shared libraries and collaboration
Team and Enterprise allow multiple SwiftCite users in one document through an explicitly configured shared deployment. Microsoft 365 permissions and acceptance testing are required. Reliability is verified for the agreed environment; no universal availability or recovery SLA is advertised.
Website and release controls
HTTPS protects website connections. Inquiry records use a server-authorized owner inbox; forms have validation and spam controls. Approved downloads include SHA-256 checksums and release details. Signing or notarization status is stated only when verified for the specific package.
Security and procurement questions
Send security reports to support@swiftcite.io without confidential case documents or active exploit payloads. Contact contact@swiftcite.io for deployment and processing questions. No SOC 2, ISO 27001 or other certification is claimed. Security obligations, residency, onboarding and support commitments require written agreement.
