These terms cover the SwiftCite website operated by Factal LLC. A software license supplied with an approved release and any signed order govern use of the product.
SwiftCite is owned and operated by Factal LLC, a Maryland limited liability company. Contact contact@swiftcite.io for business or legal questions and support@swiftcite.io for product support. Formal notice details will be provided privately when required.
SwiftCite assists professional exhibit management; it does not provide professional advice or guarantee citation accuracy, admissibility or filing compliance. Review every citation, hyperlink, list, PDF conversion and bundle, and maintain independent backups. Beta features may change or be interrupted.
Factal LLC and its licensors retain rights in the software and website; you retain rights in your content. Product use requires the license supplied with the approved release. Solo permits one SwiftCite user per document. Team and Enterprise support multiple SwiftCite users working in the same document, subject to the agreed deployment and access permissions. Do not bypass access controls, introduce malicious code or use the service unlawfully.
Prices are USD before applicable taxes: Solo $39/month or $408/year; Team, for 2–15 users, $49/user/month or $528/user/year. Enterprise requires an annual agreement; custom integration and hosting are priced separately. This site takes no payments. An inquiry does not create a subscription. Renewal, cancellation, refund, tax and service commitments must be supplied before a paid agreement begins.
You are responsible for permission to process documents, confidentiality, backups and applicable retention duties. Do not submit confidential or privileged material through website forms. Local and shared workflows have different data flows; consult the Privacy Notice and agreed deployment. Microsoft products require their own licenses; no Microsoft endorsement is implied.
No uninterrupted or error-free beta operation is promised. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected; liability and dispute provisions for paid services belong in the applicable agreement.
